• Real-time tax calculation at checkout and on orders: AvaTax returns the correct tax as the cart and shipping address change, wired into your Saleor checkout and order flow.
• Address-accurate rates: tax is calculated for the specific delivery destination, reflecting state, county, city, and special-district rules rather than a flat percentage.
• Multiple independent configurations per sales channel: each Saleor channel can carry its own AvaTax configuration, so multi-brand or multi-region stores are handled cleanly.
• Tax-code mapping to Saleor tax classes: AvaTax tax codes are mapped to your Saleor tax classes, driving whether and how each product is taxed across categories with different rules.
• Automatic transaction voiding on order cancellation: when an order is cancelled in Saleor, the corresponding AvaTax transaction is voided automatically.
• Debug logs: transaction-level logging for auditing and troubleshooting tax discrepancies.
