Saleor Development & Implementation
Headless commerce freedom, without the rebuild.
Open-source Saleor gives you a powerful commerce engine and a box of parts. We've already built the payments, tax, shipping, search, feeds, and storefront on top, and we run it for you. Real Saleor, real GraphQL, zero lock-in, no platform team to hire.
US-based company · 15 Saleor stores deployed · 17 custom apps built
Live Saleor storefront example: Foose Performance, with Year/Make/Model parts lookup.
Few teams have taken Saleor as far into production as we have. We're one of the leaders in digital transformation on Saleor, with a real multi-store fleet and a library of custom apps to prove it.
Going headless shouldn't mean going it alone.
You came looking for Saleor because closed SaaS platforms cage you in: their checkout, their rules, their roadmap, their lock-in. But the usual alternative is its own trap. True DIY headless means standing up Postgres, Redis, and a Celery job queue, hiring a platform team, and rebuilding every real-world capability yourself before you sell a single thing.
Caged on one side. Drowning on the other. There is a third option.
Open like DIY. Easy like SaaS.
Web Shop Manager builds and operates production commerce on open-source Saleor. You get the freedom of a truly headless, GraphQL-native platform you can take anywhere, with none of the build-and-operate burden that freedom usually carries.
- Open foundation. Real Saleor core, real GraphQL API, your data, no proprietary lock-in. Take it anywhere.
- Built out. Everything Saleor doesn't ship out of the box, payments, tax, shipping, fraud, search, feeds, storefront, already built and shipped.
- Operated. We host, scale, patch, monitor, and support it, or license it for you to run, or anything in between, we host some, you host some.
- Transformed. Moving a whole fleet off a legacy platform? Large-scale digital transformation is our wheelhouse, we're in the middle of migrating 250 of our own sites onto Saleor right now.
Go anywhere. We just make sure you don't have to.
Built for teams that need Saleor flexibility without building every layer from scratch.
- You want open-source Saleor without hiring a full platform team
- You are migrating from Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or a legacy platform
- You need payments, tax, shipping, search, feeds, storefront, analytics, and hosting handled
- You have complex catalog, multi-store, B2B, B2C, or vertical-specific requirements
- You want ownership and portability without giving up managed support
Open-source Saleor vs. Saleor, built out.

Saleor and its official apps are open source. The difference above is who deploys, hosts, configures, optimizes, and maintains them, plus the custom apps and storefront framework Web Shop Manager adds. It's open Saleor underneath, so you're never locked out.
Open-source Saleor gives you the engine and a box of parts. We give you the engine assembled, integrated, tuned, and supported, plus the apps and storefront that aren't in the box.

The native and official Saleor apps we deploy and operate, the apps we built ourselves, and the distributor catalog feeds that flow in through PartsLogic Connect.
Built by engineers who ship to production.
- High-volume catalog sync engine, a Go service with a job queue that syncs products, pricing, and inventory into Saleor, with per-source parallelism, checkpointing, and non-fatal error handling.
- Bulk GraphQL writes with row-level error policy and per-storefront rate limiting to protect the commerce API under load.
- Multi-tenant isolation, separate auth/token storage, encrypted source credentials, per-storefront configuration.
- Decimal-precise pricing, money math without float-rounding error.
- Full audit trail on every sync: source, type, record counts, errors, duration.
- Extended Saleor admin, we've built admin modules that don't ship with Saleor: a custom-apps manager, content/HTML manager, inquiry forms, merchandising structures, option sets, an enhanced orders view, a marketing-integrations tab, and an embedded operational Health dashboard (per-store CPU/memory/disk, uptime, cert expiry, latency).
- SEO / structured-data engineering, a JSON-LD schema library (Organization, Product, ItemList, Breadcrumb, CollectionPage, Blog, FAQ, LocalBusiness, and more), dynamic sitemaps, a metadata factory, and Open Graph on every major page type.
- Richer commerce surfaces, product bundles / kit builder (option sets, required base variants, price aggregation), first-class blog, dealer/store locator, and series pages.
- Security built in, a per-store CSP / security-header factory (HSTS preload, X-Frame, Permissions-Policy) and Saleor JWS-signature-verified webhook cache invalidation.
- Migration continuity, renders legacy WSM 5.0 rich-text content as-is so a migrated store doesn't have to re-author content.
- Battle-tested core, not reinvented, we lean on Saleor's proven checkout state machine, money/tax handling, refunds, inventory races, and promotion stacking, and spend our engineering where it differentiates.
Not just software. A team.
You don't have to choose between owning your commerce stack and having a partner run it. We do the build, the migration, the tuning, and the upkeep, on open Saleor you're never locked out of.
- Implementation & onboarding, stand up a production Saleor stack, configured and integrated, with an AI onboarding / go-live wizard (a guided checklist with AI briefing) to get you live faster.
- Platform migration, move onto Saleor from Shopify, Magento, or any legacy platform, with SEO-safe redirect migration so traffic and rankings survive.
- Custom Saleor app development, bespoke integrations against Saleor's app interfaces. We've built 17.
- Headless storefront design & build, production storefront on our framework, themed to your brand.
- Performance engineering, the 90+ mobile PageSpeed optimization loop, on new or existing sites.
- Managed hosting & operations, multi-tenant infrastructure, scaling, security patching, monitoring.
- Ongoing support & maintenance, dedicated support and continued development from a US-based company.
Fast isn't an afterthought. It's a launch gate.
We hold a documented optimization discipline: measure, fix the number-one bottleneck, re-measure, against the deployed site on mobile (the metric Google weights hardest), reading field data, not just lab. 90+ mobile PageSpeed is a gate before we launch, and 90+ is the floor, not the ceiling: we've hit a perfect 100 mobile PageSpeed on live production sites that still run their marketing plugins, not a stripped-down lab demo. Targets: LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.10.
When a vertical needs more than off-the-shelf commerce, we build it on Saleor.
We've taken Saleor into a demanding vertical, automotive aftermarket, with industry-standard data integration (ACES/PIES), distributor catalog sync, and specialized fitment search, work generic implementations don't attempt. If your industry has its own data standards and edge cases, we've almost certainly solved something like it. See our automotive headless commerce work.
Run it your way.
Self-hosting Saleor is a real job: Postgres, Redis, a Celery task queue, scaling, patching, backups, monitoring, and no SLA when something breaks at 2am. Most clients let us run all of it, because it's simpler and it's what we do every day. But it's open Saleor, so if you'd rather own the infrastructure, we'll license our built-out platform, or individual plugins, and you host it yourself. Fully managed, self-hosted under license, or anything in between, your call, never a cage.
