Will my data be private and safe?
Security is a top priority for us. Our servers are hosted monitored 24-hours a day. You'll also benefit from automatic security updates as part of your subscription plan. All websites come with an SSL certification and secure HTTPS protocol.
Can I upload and modify my own brands and products?
Absolutely! In fact, you'll receive templates and best practices training during the build process to help you become an expert in doing this. We also provide support from data experts and have a video library so you'll never be on your own.
What is a fully hosted solution?
A fully hosted solution means that security, hosting and platform maintenance are done for you by the platform you choose. It also means access to customer service and support from the builders of the platform. You'll spend less time worrying about IT issues and more time generating revenue.
Is your support 24/7?
While we monitor uptime 24/7, live support is only available between the hours of 6am - 6pm PST.
Is the platform PCI compliant?
Yes, Web Shop Manager is 100% PCI compliant.
Does your platform include Year-Make-Model lookup?
Yes. Year Make Model lookup is a native function of Web Shop Manager. You'll also have access to fitment based search and left-hand filters.
Do you offer fraud protection?
Yes, fraud protection with our partner Kount is included in all performance based subscription plans.
Do you integrate with 3rd party marketplaces and tools?
Absolutely! Web Shop Manager has several native integration partners as well as an open API, supporting documentation, and a connection to Zapier.
Do you have an uptime guarantee?
Yes, Web Shop Manager guarantees a minimum of 99.95% uptime.
Can we build the website on our own using your platform?
Yes. However, it is recommended that you purchase a few hours of training and support to help ensure success. Our design and data team will be available to you on a time and materials basis.
Can I host the website myself?
We host your site on our secure servers and is included in all subscription plans.
What do the monthly plans include?
The monthly plans include several features and varying levels of service depending on what your business needs are. Compare our different plans and features here, or request a personalized consultation.
What are my payment options?
You can pay on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. You can take advantage of discounts with multi-year contracts and quarterly or annual payments. See our pricing and plans here.
Do you offer a free trial?
There are no free trials, but you can request a personalized demo from an automotive eCommerce expert to ensure the platform meets your exact needs.
Are there any set up fees?
Yes, the set up fee is a one-time charge that covers migration, data work, web design, and project management as your website is being built. The set up cost varies by the size of the project and amount of data you'll need on your website.
Are there any overage fees?
You won't be charged an overage fee, but the plans are designed to scale with your sales. As you continue to generate more revenue, you'll need more features and support which are built in to the subscription plans. See pricing and plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription by submitting a written notice 90-days in advance of cancellation.
If I cancel, can I take my website with me?
Yes, the content and data on your website belong to you. We do not lock down your account and prevent you from exporting your content and data.
