Lazer Star Lights has sold on Web Shop Manager since 2014, with lighting organized by vehicle type and a dealer locator for buyers who want a local shop.
The store and its buyers
Lazer Star Lights makes LED and halogen lighting in the USA for trucks, Jeeps, UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles and boats. It has sold online on Web Shop Manager since 2014, at lazerstarlights.com.
- One product line, many vehicles. A light bar for a Jeep and a light for a V-Twin are different buys, so shoppers need to start from what they ride or drive.
- Retail and dealer sales. Lazer Star sells direct and through dealers, and both need a path on the same site.
- Frequent promotions. New product lines and promotions change often, and the store has to keep up with them.

- An Applications section groups lights by Truck, Jeep, UTV, V-Twin and motorcycle, ATV, and Marine and utility.
- Brand lines (LX LED, Dominator LED, Billet, Vizor, iStar) and parts and accessories have their own sections.
Dealer locator and dealer path
- A dealer locator with ZIP code or address search and a map of nearby dealers.
- A Dealer Login link in the header leads dealers to their own page.
Support content
- An instructions library, FAQ and a catalog flipbook sit in the main navigation.
- Live chat on every page, with a leave-a-message option after hours.
What Lazer Star shoppers see today
A shopper starts from the vehicle type and drills into the lights made for it. A shopper who would rather buy locally opens the dealer locator from the main menu.
