I am constantly impressed with the amount of knowledge and speed at which things get done at WSM. If I have a question or problem (likely that I caused) I hear back from them in minutes. You can imagine 16 years of changes, upgrades, keeping up with technology and as I am just one guy, it could never have happened without their help and support over the years. WSM has a team that grows with you and I am just small potatoes in the scheme of who WSM hosts and represents, but I get all the attention I need. Yes, it was a large output of money at first (for me as a really small business), but likely one of the best investments I have made in my life.

Dana and everyone else at Web Shop was great to work with. Dana’s level of knowledge and ability to get things done quickly surpassed anything I was expecting. I really appreciated how often Dana went out of his way to be a step ahead of what I would be needing next or doing things to make my job easier.

Web shop manager hosts 2 of our websites and they are great. If we have a problem, they are always willing and able to accommodate. Chris C from their support staff is the real reason I'm leaving this 5 star review. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need.

Since the inception of Injen Technology, I've searched for a web-site builder that could build us a site that would serve all of our needs! after 20 years, our web-site is finally up and working the way it was meant to work. Sales are up and our customers love the wealth of information our web-site offers. I cant thank everyone enough at Web shop manager for all the hard work you've put into building our web-site! If you need a custom web solution for your business look no further than Web Shop Manager ! Honestly the best experience I have had with a web company. Site is looking A+ and the whole process was a breeze. They have different pricing structures avail based on what your looking for and your requirements. What really impressed me is how easy the CRM software and web based management system is for the back end functions. By far the best I have seen and I have seen and tested a few. There were a few communication errors at times but that's to be expected when you take on a client like me lol. I am very picky and precise about how I wanted everything done and they rose to each and every occasion. WSM FTW !

The WDS Team made my experience smooth and easy. Matthew was very helpful from the beginning, thoroughly explaining the web design process and what to expect. Normandy was very professional and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. She made the web design process enjoyable. The overall experience was great.
