King Shocks Success Story:
eCommerce Redesign That Increased Sales

King Shocks runs a fitment-first catalog on Web Shop Manager: shoppers find the kit built for their vehicle, then build a quote or find a King dealer.

The store and its buyers

King Off-Road Racing Shocks builds race-developed shocks, coilovers, bump stops and air shocks for trucks, SUVs and UTVs. Its kits are tuned for specific vehicles, and it sells through a dealer network in the US and abroad as well as direct.

  • Kits are vehicle-specific. An OEM performance kit is tuned for one platform, so a shopper has to start from the vehicle.
  • Many kits are sold by call or through a dealer. Pricing and availability often need a conversation, not a checkout button.
  • A worldwide dealer network. Buyers need to find a King dealer near them, in the US and abroad.

What we built for King

The King store works as a fitment-first catalog that hands buyers to a quote or a dealer.

Find parts for your vehicle

  • A year, make and model selector sits under the main menu on every page.
  • The catalog is split by use (OEM Performance, Off-Road, UTV, Bumpstop, Air Shocks, Springs) and then by vehicle make, with fitment-specific and universal parts labeled.

Quote instead of cart

  • The header carries My Quote in place of a cart, and kit pages show a call-for-availability line with the phone number.
  • Kit pages carry the full feature list, adjuster details, shipping notes and instructions.

Where to buy

  • A locator with Local Dealers and Online Dealers tabs, ZIP code or address search and a map.
  • Country search covers dealers outside the US, and a sign-up link brings new dealers in.

What King shoppers see today

A shopper picks the vehicle, lands on the kits built for it, then either builds a quote or opens the locator to find a dealer.

Why it works

A shock kit is a high-ticket, exact-fit purchase that often goes through a dealer or installer. Leading with the vehicle, labeling fitment, and ending in a quote or a dealer match fits how King actually sells.
