Getting Started

Q: Is it hard to learn Web Shop Manager?

We built the entire WSM back end from the ground up to ensure that the interface would be easy to understand. Every tech support question we receive is channeled into an improvement to the UI, eliminating the same question from being asked again. The end result is a system that anyone can jump right into and figure out in just moments. When you do have a question or run into a problem our fanatical service and support is there to help with anything you need.

Q: How does the pricing structure work?

Web Shop Manager is more than just a piece of software; it's a service. For a low monthly fee that is based on your monthly traffic usage, you get a fully supported eCommerce and CMS Platform to manage your entire website. If ever a situation arises and you do need help, our knowledgeable customer service staff will always be just a phone call away. And for no extra charge!

Q: Is there any commitment?

Nope! You can leave any time without any penalties or termination fees, and if desired you can have a static copy of your website along with an export of all your data in the database. However, with an extremely customer retention rate, we feel confident that this won't be an issue.

Q: Can you import my products?

We can import products from just about any system out there with an Excel or CSV file, including the images if they map to the product ID or if there is a URL for them in the import file. Please Inquire if you have more advanced needs, like weekly price or inventory updates. We can also import large dealer lists into our locator as well as Year/Make/Model or customer data as needed.

Website Design

Q: Who designed all the sites in your portfolio?

Most were designed by our own creative team or by contractors we work with on a regular basis. If you see a site you like let us know and we can design something like it for you, or use that look and feel for direction with your own website design. You can see more of our design work in the industry specific portfolios in the top menu.

Q: What if I already have a website design?

If you already have a website but want to add the features available with Web Shop Manager, we are more than happy to migrate everything over. If you are a web designer yourself or are a Webmaster with your own designer we can take your PSD files or HTML and input that into our system for you.

Q: Do you offer any Free or discounted templates?

As of recently, we have started offering affordable website templates for the instances in which a fully customized site just isn't feasible. Whether it's a time issue or a budget issue, we have a solution to help you increase your eCommerce success. Q: Can I talk directly to your design team?

Yes, if you would like to have a 1-on-1 consultation with our Creative Director please just fill out This Form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Going Live

Q: What if I already have a Domain/SSL/Merchant Account?

Web Shop Manager comes with a free domain but if you already have one or more then great, our system supports parking extra domains on specific pages seamlessly to search engines. If you already have an SSL Certificate we can transfer that as well and if you already have a merchant account your all set, but first compare our rates to make sure your getting the best deal possible.

Q: What about my email accounts?

Email hosting is included with Web Shop Manager with as many accounts as you need. You will have POP/IMAP/SMTP access for at your office as well as multiple Webmail options for when your on the road. We also take spam seriously with various tools at your disposal to make sure your protected. You can also keep your email where its at now if your using Exchange or have more advanced email needs.

Q: How reliable is Web Shop Manager?

We believe in redundancy at every possible point of failure as well as not cutting any corners. Our data center is one of the largest in Southern California, we purchase the best possible bandwidth multi-homed across 9 Tier 1 providers. With redundant power feeds utilizing hot swap raid and enterprise hardware, the bottom line is we make every effort to offer true 100% uptime to all of our clients.
