  WSM Lifer here! - The sales and inquiries are picking up a lot since the new site went up it seems people really like 5x Racing a lot better now and are more comfortable with shopping there as I am getting either orders or inquiries every day. I really have not changed my marketing strategies since getting the site up, so everything has been word of mouth and Google results. By the way, the Google shopping results are off the chain for 5x Racing! I am ranked number 1 on Google for quite a bit of products I offer on the site.

In June, 2008 we were receiving 18,000,000 per month and were doing 45-55% of our business on the website. 58-61 search engines crawled our website daily. To say that our website was successful is an understatement. Our website was critical to our success. Dana taught us how to utilize the Web Shop Manager to our benefit and he was there every step of the way.

  Looking back six months (after my website was completed) I realize how great of a deal I actually got. One can build an ecommerce website for as little as $500, you could get a college kid to build you one for a couple of grand. The difference in the websites is the design, software and the support.

  Dana constantly improves the software and makes sure everything is running smoothly, he fixes any issues and answers questions immediately. Looking at my site vs. my competitors mine is better, granted it’s not flashy but it is organized and easy to use which is what I wanted. And my competitors are huge businesses but on the internet I look bigger and better, I love that. I have done just under 30k of internet sales in the last 5 months, and probably just as many in phone orders generated from the site. Not to mention when people go online and see the websites that WDS builds, they think you are professional and legitimate and it has increased the overall presence of my business across the country.

  After I made the decision to build the site I had the opportunity to expand my shop, so I did, and in the last 5 months I have tripled my overhead and hired another employee. And I have turned a profit monthly in a very poor economy. Ecommerce is not easy fast money, it is hard work, but once the framework and systems are in place you can start processing orders quickly and efficiently and the sky is the limit. One point I can't stress enough is that what you get from WDS is "Big Time" this is not just a shopping cart software package, you can buy those online for like $300 dollars, the site you may be thinking of buying competes on a level that you are trying to attain. If everything in my business ran like my website I would be a billionaire.
